Originally developed as a tool for Minecraft, Manic Digger has developed into a standalone game with a numerous and active player community. This captivating block building game will allow you to reshape the entire world that you play in with the materials in your inventory and with the ones that you craft.
Although it is in many ways similar to Minecraft, Manic Digger has several features which make it standout from its much more popular peer. Firstly, this game is distributed under an open-source license, so people with programming skills can bring their own input to the program. Another interesting development is given by the mods that are currently being built. These allow the players to turn this game into a shooter, a farming simulator, a mining simulator etc.
Furthermore, another unique trait is brought by the “cheats” that Manic Digger not only embeds, but also advertises. The program will allow you to change your movement speed, so that you don’t waste too much time and even move freely on the map (no clip), without having to avoid any kind of obstacles.
